Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with tags intact and packaged in its original box. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@dynasmile.ca. Our customer service team will provide the necessary return address. Please note, returns sent without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
